What data I collect

Marketing preferences – if you sign up to receive updates. (Note: although MailerLite is integrated, no marketing emails are currently sent.)

Data retention

Client records and invoices: kept for at least six years as required by French tax law.
Communication and project files: kept for the standard retention period used in professional services unless longer retention is legally required.
Anonymised analytics: retained according to Squarespace’s policy.
Data may be anonymised for research or statistical use, in which case it is no longer personal data.
