A Hard Copy Planner? But Don't VAs Rely Exclusively on Digital Tools?

It's true! As a virtual assistant, I thoroughly enjoy using cutting-edge software programs like Zenkit, ClickUp, and Airtable to streamline organisation for both myself and my clients. However, there's an undeniable sense of calm, comfort and confidence that comes from having your upcoming week's tasks meticulously laid out in a tangible planner. In fact, I find it significantly more manageable to strategise for future weeks with a physical planner before me, enabling me to transfer crucial reminders and tasks to my task management software subsequently.

Additionally, using colour-coding allows me to quickly identify and prioritise assignments for all my clients throughout the week with just a single glance. Embracing both digital and traditional planning methods ensures a comprehensive approach to managing tasks and maximising productivity.

Helping You to Stay Organised and Achieve Your Goals

The Freedom Weekly Planner is the perfect companion to help you stay organised and achieve your goals, one day at a time. Spanning 12 months, this minimalist planner allows you to visualise your week ahead at a single glance with seven days spread across two pages; a powerful tool for maintaining a sense of calm and organisation in your daily life. Featuring a flexible, dateless format, you can start planning right away - no more wasted pages. Each day features a dedicated section for setting priorities, ensuring that you stay focused on what truly matters.

In addition to the daily sections, the weekly planner includes an area for notes and reflections. Jot down your ideas or even doodle as you please. This space can help you to keep track of any thoughts that may arise throughout the week. To keep you motivated and on track, a notes/weekly goals section has also been included. Here, you can set your weekly objectives and monitor your progress, ensuring that you stay aligned with your long-term aspirations. And beyond the weekly planner, there is extra space at the end for additional notes, allowing you to further customise your planning experience.
