Unlocking the Power of Virtual Assistants: Beyond Traditional PA Tasks

In addition to day-to-day traditional PA responsibilities such as diary and email management, a Virtual Assistant can also assist with specific project related tasks. Some examples of projects I have provided support on include:

  • Overhauling the branding of a client organisation, including redesigning the company website, brochure, PowerPoint template, and business cards.

  • Proposing and implementing low-cost e-commerce solutions for small online businesses.

  • Researching, sourcing and implementing the most appropriate online survey platform for a coaching organisation.

  • Working with coaching clients to design online psychometric tests, including report design, and providing full administration for those tests, ensuring that the reports are ready in time for workshops and debrief sessions.

  • Carrying out detailed statistical analysis of a large scale 360 for partners of a law firm to identify trends and action points that were then presented at a global partners’ conference.

  • Creating, maintaining and monitoring a database of survey norms to ensure that clients’ surveys are using the most current data.

  • Upgrading the accounting system of a consulting firm from Excel to QuickBooks software, and working with an accountant to transfer a client’s accounts from QuickBooks to Xero software.

  • Researching, sourcing and implementing the best file sharing, internal communications and task management software for clients.

  • Preparing & proofreading tender bids for an Ofsted contractor.

  • Assisting client businesses to become GDPR compliant.

To discuss your specific support requirements and how we might work together, please select a convenient time from my calendar.
