Choose Your Virtual Assistant Support Plan

Monthly Retainer

Secure your VA’s time and enjoy a discount. Retainers are for reserving guaranteed time in your VA’s diary every month. They are invoiced at the start of each month on a two-month rolling contract. While unused hours don't carry over to the following month, retainers can be adjusted at regular intervals to ensure that you're getting the most value from them.

  • Block of 5 hours per month: 200€*

  • Block of 10 hours per month: 390€*

  • Block of 20 hours per month: 760€*

  • Block of 30 hours per month: 1,140€*

A discount is applied for blocks of 10 hours booked or more. Detailed timesheets are kept and submitted monthly.

Additional hours can be added at the ad hoc hourly rate, upon agreement.

Ad Hoc/Pay As You Go

40€* per hour with a minimum 1-hour charge. Work is invoiced monthly in arrears.

Pre-Paid

For one-off project work with a set number of hours. Pre-paid hours must be used within a 3-month period. Please contact me for a quote.

From 1,400€* for a 5-page brochure website, inclusive of:

  • Images and logo design - you supply the written content

  • SSL security certificate

  • Cookie policy & GDPR statement

  • Connection to your social media accounts

  • Custom domain name free for 1 year

  • Post-launch support for SEO and minor website updates/changes

One Hour of Squarespace Support
